MR. + MRS. MAHAN

Jim and Amanda are two good friends of mine who are:

a) really incredible, talented + kind humans and also
b) a really good looking couple

So naturally, when I decided I wanted to plan a stylized shoot, they immediately came to mind as the couple to be photographed. We joked that they were renewing their vows, even though they just recently got married themselves πŸ˜†

But seriously, it was so much fun working with these two and the amazing vendors who helped bring my vision to life. All of the vendors listed below are so talented and skilled in their craft and it was an honor to get to work with them!

I also have to give a big shout-out to my brother Trevor and sister-in-law Katie who drove all the way from Cincinnati with my niece (Ainsley) and nephew (Hudson) in tow so they could star as the ring-bearer and flower girl ✨Major thanks to my husband David, who helped me plan and prepare. And last, but certainly not least, shout-out to my mom Donna, interior designer extraordinaire. She helped me create a mood-board, shop, purchase, and arrange everything.

Everyone had a blast on the day of the shoot; we all munched on the charcuterie spread (after it was documented of course πŸ˜‰) and Jim made moscow mules. Amanda and Jim were rockstars even though it was wicked cold during the outdoor portion of the shoot and Amanda looked absolutely stunning in her bridal top and skirt 😍

This editorial is hands down one of the prettiest shoots I've ever been a part of and I love how the images turned out 🌿I couldn't have done it without the team of people listed below. Enjoy! πŸ’«
