Hey there! We are Rachel & David: a quirky, adventurous, traveling husband & wife photography team, inspired by love and anchored by our faith in Jesus Christ. We are high school sweethearts who got married on a warm May day at the church where we are now members. Our wedding day was full of beauty and sunshine, right up until the end of the night when it poured rain and everyone on the dance floor jumped in puddles and sang along to Sweet Caroline.
We love our sweet daughter Kinsley, a cozy coffee shop, date nights that involve sushi, and reading in the evenings with our rescue pup Miko on the couch beside us. We are humbled by Godβs past faithfulness and present kindness to us, and we believe that He is glorified through the goodness of art and the beauty of marriage.
Weβve been photographing weddings & families together since 2017 and have delivered over 150 galleries to our amazing clients.

I'm a fun-loving, free-spirited creative. I am thankful for Godβs grace and presence in my life. I am shamelessly obsessed with the band Johnnyswim. Graeterβs black raspberry chip ice-cream is my favorite. If Iβm not editing photos or dreaming up new designs, you can find me singing & playing guitar while David plays the cajon beside me. I love my family and share way too many photos of my adorable nieces and nephews. Iβm always up for new adventures and love to travel. My favorite place to shop is AnthropoIogie. I appreciate meaningful conversation, especially when itβs shared with a friend over a lavender latte at my favorite local coffee shop.
It brings me great joy to capture beautiful and authentic moments on camera and preserve memories. I love dappled light, genuine smiles, movement, laughter and warm embraces.

I'm an engineer by trade so problem solving and trouble shooting come easily to me. Iβm a drummer and love listening to music with Rach, whether itβs Iron & Wine on vinyl or the band Vulfpeck in the car on long roadtrips.
I appreciate good conversation and love unpacking anything that has to do with systematic theology, philosophy or the newest sci-fi movie.
Iβm a fan of architectural lines, interesting perspectives and candid shots. I love supporting and assisting Rach and will probably make at least one dad joke at your session.
I offer a unique perspective and I do my best
to capture the interactions that often go unseen .
