I believe I fell in love with the style of photography we chose to pursue in part because of my childhood.
I find film-esque images to be incredibly nostalgic: soft, dream-like, beautiful. Golden hour photos especially remind me of summer nights in my backyard, playing wiffleball with my brothers, catching fireflies in the glow of a setting sun. I grew up down the street from my local library and I used to spend hours looking at children’s books filled with colors & shapes. It only makes sense I don’t shy away from color & bokeh and love capturing the vibrancy of life in images and design.

We’re all about photographing brides who start off the day in strappy, glittery heels and then switch to vans or white converse by the end of the night. We love brides who look stunning in a BHLDN dress but also those who rock a vintage dress their mom wore on her wedding day.
We fully support couples who want to spend part of their wedding day outside in some capacity because they love sunshine, fresh air, flowers, etc. Couples who seat their photographers at a table for dinner because they consider them friends & guests.
We love twinkle lights, succulents, macrame, the color turquoise, moscow mules, oriental rugs, photo booths. We love late night pizza, food trucks, donuts, ice cream. We love tattoos, leather jackets, pups in bow ties, handwritten vows, suede heels, velvet bridesmaid dresses. We love dad jokes, & beautiful toasts. We are an eclectic mix of modern and timeless, creative and authentic.
We love beauty. We love couples who are intentional about their designs, their colors, their day. Who choose their details with purpose, to tell their story.
